Admission Procedure & required Documents
Parents are required to submit the following documents with the Application for Registration. While we are delighted to receive enquiries from parents, failure to submit any of the requested information may delay the registration and admission processes.

All application will be based on the information received by Pestle Weed College. Application will be processed in the order received.

Entry Criteria
Pestle Weed seeks a diversified student body that reflects a range of backgrounds, aptitude and interests. In general, students considered for acceptance are those who are performing on an Average to Above Average level academically. Besides the family’s commitment to ingrain Culture and its time tested traditions, we also consider an applicant’s motivation and ability to adjust comfortably to a close-knit congenial educational community.

Documents
Registration Form: Completed and signed by the Parents or Legal Guardian.
Photograph: Recent photograph- 4 copies.
Students Transcripts/Grade Reports of last two years.
Birth Certificate - Notarized/Certified copy.
Recommendation – Letters of Recommendation from Teacher/Principal/a personal family friend/relative.

Withdrawal – No withdrawals are allowed during the middle of a session. Parents intending to withdraw their wards from the school at the end of the session (31st March) will have to give three months notice (i.e. by 31st Dec.). Fees shall be charged by the school for full one term, if withdrawal is demanded on short notice. Fees once paid for the session is not refundable. Imprest Fund will be provided there is nothing outstanding against him/her.

Fee Schedule 2012-2013

  1. Application Fee: An Application Fee of Rs.2500/-($200/- for parents domiciled abroad) is required to be submitted with the Enrollment Application.
  2. Enrollment Fee : Non-refundable Enrollment Fee of Rs.15,000/-($675/- for parents domiciled abroad). This is a one time charge and is due within Seven Days of acceptance.

  1. All Miscellaneous charges, including uniforms, supplied by School and other expenses of such nature would be debited to the Account of the students, Rs.20,000/- ($1000 for parents domiciled abroad) to be maintained in this account.
  2. Security Fee (Refundable )Rs.20,000/- ($1000 for parents domiciled abroad).
  3. Students remaining in Hostel during vacations will be charged Rs.2,500/- ($200 for parents domiciled abroad) per week.
